About us

Having originally trained as a pastry chef locally in Pouzauges, I then moved to Canada for eight years.There I mastered the art of sculpting 3D cakes and creating beautiful wedding cakes. With the rising popularity of these modern confections in France, it seemed natural to combine my skills and experience, bringing you a unique fusion of Canadian and French cake making traditions.

Our fully certified professional kitchen is located in the village of Cheffois, near La Châtaigneraie in the south of the Vendée region of France. Here we use only the best quality ingredients to create our unique works of art.
